5 Tips to get the Most out of your Meditation!
1.    Wear very comfortable clothes and try to find a peaceful space. If you are busy most of the day, try to schedule at least a 15min block of time to dedicate to your meditation.

2.    Try to notice and direct the majority of your awareness towards your next inhale. Feel the cool soothing air enter your nose and fill your whole body. Let it calmly go out of you and inhale once more. This sensation is what keeps you alive at its essence. If you did not perform this simple action thousands of times a day, it would not be possible to carry daily activities. It is surprising how few people take the time out to give thanks for the ability to do so. This is the time to sit down and enjoy the little things in life.

3.    Once your breath has stabilized, ask yourself, “How do I feel in this moment. Am I happy? Tired? Anxious? Whatever your answer is, simply observe it.

4.    Focus on different parts of your body when your eyes are closed. Certain parts of your body may be stiff or feeling some pain. Envision yourself releasing that negative energy from your body and transmuting it into positive healing vibrations.

5.    If you are having negative thoughts, try to reminisce of some great, beautiful memories you have. Like a mental photograph you can bring back those positive emotions and heal whatever is bothering you at that current Time.
